but it makes me sad that in a few weeks no one will remember the pain the people who were bullied to death suffered at the hands of their opressors,
it makes me sad that no matter how hard this generation tries to make a difference and teach the older…
it's called supporting the ones you love.

okay, so maybe wearing purple won’t change the views of people who have a major stick up their ass. maybe it won’t stop the bullying. it might not even stop people from harming themselves. but it let’s people know - gay or straight, young or old, black or white - that you support them. it’s better pretending that you aren’t a part of it.
